Megan joined Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Waikato in September 2023 when she returned to the workforce after having children.

She has worked in the accounting industry for more than 15 years total. Her career began at Murray Crossman & Partners (which later became Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Tauranga), and includes five years of work for the Waikato Branch of Whānau Āwhina Plunket. She also spent two years working as a solicitor, having graduated from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Management Studies / Bachelor of Laws.

Megan manages Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Waikato’s client accounts payable and payroll, as well as our Business Services team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, some quiet time with a book and ticking off "bucket list" long distance walks.
