Kate has experience in Human Resources and Education since 2010, mostly in recruitment and learning & development.
Originally a primary school teacher, Kate has a passion for learning and development and enjoys developing and implementing training programmes, including training frameworks. She also enjoys facilitating workshops on a variety of topics related to ‘soft skills’, including profiling for the better understanding of team dynamics through the HBDI assessment.
She also has a background in recruitment and has recruited for roles in a variety of industries including education, business support, accounting, manufacturing, luxury sales and agriculture.
