Spencer is a tax advice specialist.  His technical knowledge is backed by years of business experience.

Whatever your initial plans are, he can explain the business and tax implications, so that your plan can be implemented quickly, pragmatically, and smoothly.  Most importantly, it will be compliant with our complex tax laws.
